The D.I.S.C. Assessment, also known to as the DISC Personal Profile System, has been used for over 30 years in many industries to improve and enhance customer satisfaction and customer service and has recently been found to be a very productive instrument in the Real Estate Profession.

Description: Your own D.I.S.C analysis is reviewed with you personally by Rich in a 15 minute overview of results and how to understand them. You are taught the basics in how to recognize all behavior styles, how to adapt your to others, what styles complement or oppose yours and much more. The results are emailed directly to you in a 20-23 page PDF. A representative will contact you to schedule your session with Rich once DISC is completed.
