Wow, that webinar was great!! It's about time someone taught this, I believe every agency needs to implement this training because there are way too many unprofessional agents that I have dealt with and they don't have a clue to what they are doing wrong! I have seen too many agents with tempers, and know it all attitude, that I will never do business with again due to their unprofessionalism.
Please continue to educate all agents, please spread this training every year, or even a few times a year to refresh agents.

"I was able to catch most of the presentation from yesterday and I think it was one of the best that i have ever heard. I have heard most of this before from Rich in bits and pieces, but this time all together makes so much sense. His message was powerful! I like many realtors have gone through one of the most difficult business times ever this past 2 yrs. Ironically, my partner and I received Hall of Fame Awards from Re/max International.
